Does somebody knows if timing belt needs to be changed every 100 000
m.on the Vanagon. I have never seen a post on the subject yet...

Regarding the engine conversion which seems to cause lots of talk on
the list, I should say that my 1991 Westfalia is now at 160 000 Kms
and has never developped a leak except for the water pump...Coolant
was replaced every 2 years... Hope it stays the same...I touch wood.
