My 83.5 Westy just started hesitating the other day.  It runs fine 99% of
the time I'm driving it but once about every 15 min it hesitates like
someone is throwing a switch on and off and the van bucks.  Gas mileage
seems to be a bit lower than normal too.  Any suggestions?
