Hi,

You can get an idea if things are OK by doing several very tight circles
on dry/solid road. This will warm up the VC and get it to lock if
healthy.  Start from 'cold' and listen/feel for front tires
binding/scrubbing.  Steering effort will go up a bit.  Climbing steep
hills is way more fun though!  bye, Tim
