Hi folks, I've been off the list for a year or so, in fact ever
since I finished rebuilding the engine in my '81... which is still
running nicely, thank you.

A friend recently asked me about a problem with her '86 vanagon,
it sounded like the 'standard' missing problem. I rmemeber there
was a write-up about it in the old ftp site, along with
lots of other stuff, and I think also Bob's sermons. Can anyone
tell me what happened to that stuff? I looked around on
www.vanagon.com to no avail.

I'm sure glad to see the list is still here!

        Gary
