Well,
My 84 westy has the original automatic in it and is still running at
150,000. Of course it'll blow tomorrow since I brought this up in
public!

I think it is starting to get tired though and is probably due for a
rebuild or replacement. Can't complain about the auto. It's my first
automatic ever and I've come to enjoy it.
