Yeah, right.  I am considering purchase of a van, not
in driveable condition, from a list member in the Sacramento area.
I don't know if I should use my vanagon to tow another vanagon,
sounds scary... although I'll accept opinions on the subject.

I'd love to find someone heading this way who would tow the beast
in exchange for me covering their gas costs enroute, or something
like that...

Ideas, anyone?  I've never faced this problem before.  Trains?
Air drops?  Low earth orbit?
