Folks,

I attempted to add some security features to the list, but it appeared to
have the added side-effect that only *I* could post.  (I guess there is
such a thing as being *too* secure :-)

I've turned this off, and I believe the list is working fine again.  As
always, feel free to contact me if you think there are problems with the
list.  You say 'frog', and I'll jump :-).

Also FYI, I intend to take the list down for 2 hours this afternoon to do a
full system backup.  This entails shutting down ListServ and SMTP so that
there are no locked files.  No mail should be lost.
