okay, i know i have seen this posted before and i hope this is the same problem. i own a 1987 vanagon automatic wolfsburg edition. the problem i am having is intermittent stalling. this only happens when the engine is warm and will alway start up again after a few seconds. these last few days it has happened three times and before that it hasn't happened for months. correct me if i am wrong but could this be the ecu? anyone? i have tuned the motor.(plugs, cap and rotor, plug wires, idle stabilizer, co2 checked) i'll check the archives but for now can anyone shed some light on this and help? thank you for your help nigel lots and lots of volkswagens
