Has anyone ever replaced the front transmission mount on a late Vanagon? The dealer wants $150. It looks to me like the mount could be modified to use a Jetta or similar mount - at about $40. Any thoughts? Chuck Kuecker ckuecker@mcs.net '83 Scirocco (Katy's car now) '58 Ghia Convert '75 Bug '67 Bug '63 Bug (*still* for sale) '91 Vanagon
