Vanagoneers:

   My 2 cents engine wise:  117,000 miles, original everything,
except for water pumps (4!) and  normal maintenance items,
(spark plugs,  plug wires, caps/rotors, accessory drive belts,
filters, O2 sensor).  I use Fram oil filters, Castrol 20w-50 oil,
Bosch Platinum plugs and 87 octane gas, any brand.

   Clutch, transmission and exhaust system are original, both
clutch cylinders have been replaced.

        It's a keeper!
