Granted, my prior '83.5 family-truckster style Vanagon was no babe
magnet, but that's been gone for years and the results are quite
different with my '86 Syncro.  Maybe it has to do with the kind of women
I date -- hikers, bikers, skiers who appreciate a go-anywhere vehicle
that's easy to change in.  That built-in bed is a plus, but I won't go
into that here.  I can't imagine a Westy owner arguing this point.
