I guess things like this are making parts hard to find and rendering a great vehicle useless. ============================================== 86 Scirocco (driver) 81 turbo Rabbit pickup (junkyard brew) 85 Vanagon (waiting for some kinda drivetrain) 86 Golf (parts only, thankyou) 92 Tempo (girlfriends) ============================================== -----Original Message----- From: ROGunter <ROGunter@AOL.COM> To: Vanagon@VANAGON.COM <Vanagon@VANAGON.COM> Date: Sunday, March 08, 1998 10:38 AM Subject: Where Have All The Vanagons Gone? > For those of us who have been wondering why we don't see Vanagons for >sale that much anymore, part of the reason may be the voracious market for >these beauties overseas. > > Yesterday I answered an ad in the Washington Post and went to see a '91 >Vanagon which I didn't buy (it was trashed), but found out something very >interesting.
