Basically.  We're running on a dual-pentium 90.  While mailing list stuff
doesn't require that much CPU, the search engine requires quite a bit
more.  Given that the program probably isn't multi-threaded, it's no doubt
running on a single processor, which means a Pentium 90.  Not all that
fast.
