Advice from a friend who does big buck car repairs...wash out and fill(?) with
a clear or white type of kerosene and store in a zip lock bag. Apparently this
is similar to the way new ones are shipped out. This will also remove alot of
the varnish in the pump or injectors. You could keep the inside of the pump
from drying or emptying by placing those little plastic caps on the inlet(s)
and outlet(s).
