Since the van has a hard time staying started without touching the
throttle in the first 2 minutes, I figured I'd play with the idle
adjust screw.  Problem is that it doesn't seem to do much.  About 2-3
revolutions counterclockwise make a little bit of difference, but not
much.  I don't want that sucker to fall out.  What am I missing?
