You're wrong.  Every response is equally vaulable  ... whether you have
had problems or not ...  we're just harvesting raw data.   Responses
from thos who have had no problems will tell us as much if not more than
responses from thjose who have replaced their heads multiple times.

I  have looked over the responses and let me tell you, the info is
valuable.  I am thrilled to have it...Hopefully, you will be too once we
finish collecting and processing the responses.  Now, if I'd only
copyrighted that form....  :-D
