Just a brief note. Just this weekend had my 911 chasis dynoed. Did some comparison changes including a K&N vs. a Fram air filter. The K&N gained 4 hp. 4hp isn't a tone but probably the cheapest horses you can buy (and easiest). No guarantee it will be the same for a Vanagon but I wouldn't be surprised. Eric
