Folks,

I've been getting approximately 500 letters a day, many of them bounces from
this list.  ListServ cleans up many of these, but misses some.  Others (esp.
from Compuserve) are formatted such that I cannot detect the bouncing user.

In order to further automate this task, I've set the Vanagon list to send a
letter to all users monthly.  Users will be required to reply to this letter
within seven days, or they will be automatically removed from the list.
