Just for everyone's information, only one person (Bob Hoover) has asked that
his postings be removed from the archives, and that is because he wishes to
publish a book of his articles and doesn't want to give them away for free
anymore.

Ken Hooper, Type2 list administrator, has also objected to the concept, and
