Folks,

I've made a few changes to the server to help solve some esoteric problems
people were having.

1) Digests will now be limited to 1000 lines, which means that you may get
several digests on heavy-traffic days. This solves the problem of some
    mail systems truncating long digests.

2) I've also changed the notebooks from 'monthly' to 'weekly', but
I expect that this will have little effect on the operation of the
    list in the short run.
