I'm just wondering why 'replaced with new heads' is not a choice in the
'Heads were'  drop down?  I can't believe I'm the only one who has gone that
route.  They of course were very expensive ($575/ea), but the only two
places I would trust to have the work done used new heads.  I went ahead and
filled out the survey anyway, choosing 'replaced with rebuilt heads.'
