Hi, I just subscribed to this list and I've had my wonderful 88
Vanagon Wolfsburg ed. for almost a year. The oxygen sensor light and
the battery light simultaneously come on when she wants to shift into
a higher gear. Is this old news? Any simple solutions? Anyone have an
extra driver side electric mirror for me?  I'd love any 88 Vanagon
news, I've unfortunately already found out about the head gasket
recall.
