All I have to say is if the other guys insurance is Allstate your screwed!!!!
That company is only good if your with them....when its the other person they
are horrible. Fight till the end with them, hopefully you'll win but it will
take awhile...but hey at least there is no controversy over who's fault it
was, that should make the case go faster.
