Volks,

My sliding door has been stubborn for some time now on my '84. There
is so much grime in there, I can't tell what kind of grease goes in
there. The door is not binding; it is just really sluggish, and has
been this way since I got the van. (it sat for awhile previously)

So, what do I lube this beast with?
