Thanks to those of you that helped me with my sink trap questions.

It still won't come off.

The 'tab' is still in tact but it just keeps on turning, and turning,
and turning.  I even tried to reverse screw it out - just in case it
was threaded backwards.

I don't want to break the plastic, so I have not pulled on it too
hard.

Any other sugestions?  Do I have to break off the tab and drill it
out??  If the tab is freely rotating, shouldn't the trap come off??
