Hi All,

I recently sold my 82 Diesel Vanagon to a recent immigrant from Europe.
He stopped by for some extra parts the other night and asked me how long I
had the ad in the paper and how many calls there were etc.

He also said that if I had the same ad and van in Europe that it would
have sold extremely quick!  He said that they are very popular vehicles to
buy used.  Any comments on this? I realize that diesel fuel/fuel costs is
more of a concern nearly everywhere outside of the US, but is there really
such a large demand for used (cheap) diesel Vanagons in Europe?
