In my search for what causes the red light to blink, I just found the
schematic diagram for the air conditioner.  It appears that turning on the
AC engages the low speed radiator fan whenever the compressor is engaged.
If the high temp radiator switch engages, a relay drops out the compressor
to prevent further overheating due to running the AC compressor.  Can
anyone verify this?
