Talked to the guy with the crew cab tonight.  Name is Dennis Belton and the
van is actually located in British Columbia and not in PA (he had to enter a
bogus zip code in order for the ad to go through).  He said the new motor has
about 10k miles on it and the new ECU has been installed for about 2k miles
(along with a new alternator which somehow caused the ECU to fail).  He was
asking $15000 US dollars but was willing to negotiate to the same amount in
Canadian dollars which works out to a bit more than $10000 US dollars.  He
says it has no rust (only a couple of small spots in paint chips).  However it
is a Canadian vehicle and has not ever been registered in the US.
So that is that.  I hope this helps somebody 'cause I spent a lot of time
getting info on a van that I can't buy. :)
