Hey all,
The glovebox latch on my '81 gave up the ghost recently (seems like this
van is falling apart in the past couple of weeks).

I took it apart to see if I could fix it but no dice -- one of the
internal latch release levers broke off.  It's now junk.

New ones are $40.  That's a bit much.

If anyone has one on a parts Vanagon I'd love to take it off your
hands.  It would be even better if you actually have the key for it, but
if not I can live with that too :-)

Please respond, my glovebox is being held on with a coat hanger ;-)
