Call up a dealer and they give them the vin number and they should be able to
tell you over the phone what recalls your vehical has on it.  You have to call
VWoA and have them do a search on your vin number to see what recalls have
been done to your van...once this has been done you will know what has been
done and what needs to be done.  VWoA should send you a letter stating exactly
what recalls have been preformed or a letter stating nothing has ever been
