I had the same expierence but I requested information on the Accllerator front
plastic housing on 5/19, recieved a automated response that said it would be a
couple of days before they responded but if it was urgent to put urgent in the
subject line that I did and resent on 5/20 ...............annd never heard any
thing at all.............................
