I use the pop-top bed in my Westy, but I find the padding a little
thin.  I've been using a foam egg-crate pad, but I have to remove it
every time I close the top and it takes up a whole lot of space.  Has
anyone come up with a good solution to add more padding that can stay
in the pop-top even when closed?
