HELP! The back door dropped shut after a maintence session and I haven't been
able to open it since. I've tried it with the key in, turned right, turned
left; key out; pushed pulled, huffed and puffed. I'm pretty sure that there
weren't any tools or hardware left on the sill to jam, but this is getting
exasperating.
