Just had a '80 Westy checked out and the mechanic noted a couple items.
1. The aftermarket fuel pump is inadequate (makes lots of noise) and will
need to be replaced. (anyone know cost on this?)
2. The brakes squeal. What causes this, aftermarket brake pads maybe?
3. Tires will need to be replaced. (Ideas on good tires?)
None of these items are of great concern to me. Just seeking a little
advice. If there is a FAQ, just point me towards it.
Thanks,
Chris
