Had my muffler replaced a while back and now I have a loud noise coming from
the driver's side of the engine.  It goes faster when the engine is reved.

I have been wondering if it the lifters but it kinda sounds like when the
exhaust was bad.  Went under it and found no visible cracks or holes.

Question:  Are there supposed to be gaskets between the manifold pipes and
the engine?  I am asking because I purchased the exhaust kit from Bus Depot
without the muffler and there were two gaskets still in its plastic wrap.
Did not check the other side (passenger).
