the tank in my syncro never seems to have a fuel spilling problem or a
fuel fill shut off problem.  knowing that the syncro tanks are a bit
different in shape may account for this somehow. nonetheless,  during
me recent ny inspection,  the station tested the fuel filler cap for
vapor loss and replaced the rubber gasket on the cap.  track those
pesky vapors down!
