There is information on holdbacks at the above site. VW's holdbacks are
listed at 2% of total MSRP. The site also has an explanation of what the
holdbacks are. Essentially this is the dealer profit built into the
invoice. So when a VW dealer sells a car at "cost", he/she is still making
2% profit.
