Since spammers only subscribe to a list long enough to "spam" us then it
would be illogical to "ban" them for life. I propose that spammers be NOT
allowed to UNSUBSCRIBE for six month and be subjected to full list
traffic. If possible the offender would be in receive only mode ;^).If
every list service enacted this policy a spammer's life would made a
little more difficult.
