My humble and deep apologies to Sam and all the other list members for
my forwarding Sam's email to the list.  Somebody from the list just
killed me and told me that this is an unacceptable practice for lists.
I was not aware of this.  I will never, never, never do this again.  You
may delete me from the list as a punishment.  Please forgive me for
being so stupid.  Thank you. Matthias
