hello everyone,

i have two questions:

my air conditioner stopped functioning for some reason, is there a fuse or
something i should check?

also, when stopped my tachometer sways back and forth, but when driving it
seems to work fine. is there something wrong with it, or just a friendly
glitch. any responses would be warmly appreciated
