Hi all,

   My 85 Vanagon finally has THE head leak that we all dread.

The VW Dealer quoted me a price of $2000.  I am looking for alternatives
to the Dealer in my area.

Does anyone have experience/information about shops in the greater Los
Angeles area (I am in Pasadena) that can fix my leak?

Any information you could give me would be greatly appreciated.
