I realize that this is likely to be one of those "any idiot should
know it, and we've covered it a thousand times" type of questions, but
I'll ask anyway.

Is it possible to mount a hitch reciever on a Vanagon.  IF so how does
this work?  bolting? welding? something else?  where do I get one?
how much will it cost (approx)?
