I'll be there!
I was very excited about this possible gathering.
I'm from Pittsburgh area, but have been a member of Hawk Mountain Sanctuary
for years. Also have hiked A.T. from end to end! As a matter of fact, I am
sending this posting from Maine now! Just drove my '88 up here for a two week
long road trip. Just climbed Mt. Katahdin for the second time! So far
"Quiqueg" is plugging along beautifully, but on the dirt road into Baxter
State Park, the temp started climbing on me a bit. Just ran the heaters for a
while to keep him cool.
Anyway, if this matters, I will be in the H.M.S. area the weekend of Oct. 20th
or so (no calendar available). The Lehigh Valley Ameteur Asronomy Club is
having a star party that weekend, and I go to that every year as well. I'll be
watching for Postings. Good to hear from you.
