I went to a new BIG Kmat this morning and found the Chinese copy of the
cupholder.  It's only $2.99 (even cheaper) and made in Taiwan.  I noticed
the design is different from my $35 VW cupholder and It has adjustable
holder which is patented worldwide.  Of course mine has a simpler design,
higher quality and made in Germany.  Hey $35 bucks ought to give me
something more.
