        Odd...I've never seen an NADA book in use by dealers nor the
        credit union(s) I've dealt with in the 30+ years I've bought,
        sold, or borrowed money for, vehicles. The Kelly Blue Book has
        been the reference used as the base for all transactions...

        I suppose it's a regional thing?
