I don't necessarily agree with your idea... In a growing business, not keeping up with your customers and growth is classic formula for not doing well. You are loosing money when you can't get the orders. More help can mean MORE INCOME because people are ordering with you. Hey the guy does great in every area. Today I felt so rushed after 30 minutes holding (3 separate 10+ minute phone calls, after 10 minutes it won't let you hold longer) that I only ordered $150 worth of stuff when I would have ordered $400 worth. I'm sure I'm not the only one... I'm try to support Ron, not bash him. I always pick up my parts to save on shipping. Every time I have been to his shop he has been extremely busy. More busy then I would ever want to be. Cut the guy some slack and and enjoy the discounts you get on your parts or buy your parts from someone else. Remember, more employees equals more overhead which equates to higher prices, just like every other vw parts company in the business. I believe Ron can offer low prices because of low overhead. Have you ever seen prices as low as Ron's in any of the VW magazines. I personnaly will put up with busy phone lines to get cheaper prices. This my opinion. Ron, I hope you don't mind me expressing my opinions. John. ______________________________________________________ Get Your Private, Free Email at http://www.hotmail.com
