Hi, Audi rims do not use the hub section for support/alignment, lugs carry all the loads. Machine as needed. You are thinking of 'hubcentric' wheels used on some US vehicles. Bye, Tim '87 Syncro Westy, on 15" Audi steels for 1 year, and well used off/on road.
