If you are looking for a simple hitch for your Vanagon, Canadian Tire has
the Reese class 1 hitch that bolts onto your tow hooks, a very simple but
solid & easily removable alternative... it's on sale for $85 CDN or
$56US... It's not just on sale but being discontinued... Hint.. you have to
go to the parts counter and tell the guy to order Part # 76388 Resse...
they might not know that they can order it... but they will.. and in 3-4
days.. it's yours.. great price... last chance. (as usual I think they are
going to stop making it... Why?... because anything that's that cheap
should be illegal)
