Uh oh, here we go...it looks like the daytime running
lights discussion already has dominated the emails
to the list in the last hour or so. The same opinions
have been expressed more than once, we have a
pointer to a web page that has taken one side on the
issue, and the intensity of opinions seems to be rising.
I think we're ripe for a flame war, folks, or at least a
extended period of ranting and raving!  :-)  Perhaps that
could be avoided by taking the discussion to another
forum -- and there's got to be one considering the strong
feelings I've read here -- and we could get back to
discussing Vanagons on our Vanagon list...
