Methinks it would be best to limit automobiles to power/weight ratios to 1:200 and top speeds to 10mph! We could, then, probably reduce traffic deaths to less than 1,000/yr., injuries by 96.3% and automotive body repair costs by 98%. BOB - WA4RRN http://www.impeachment.org
